My journey with art began at a young age. At 12 years old, I vividly remember looking over at my classmate’s drawings and realizing that I was able to render art with more ease than others.

This discovery sparked a lifelong passion, and I was encouraged and mentored by my dearest friend and mother figure, Dustina Davis, who helped nurture my artistic growth throughout my early life. After her passing, I took a step back and became an educator, putting art on the shelf for six years.

However, during my travels overseas, I was inspired to revisit and grow my abilities. In 2020, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, I began taking online courses with the Milan Art Institute. Over a 4 year period, I studied and practiced daily until I overcame my uncertainty with oil painting and began embracing self-expression.

Today, I continue to evolve as an artist, developing my practice, teaching and coaching others, and exploring new ways to express myself through oil and mixed media art forms. I am truly honored and deeply appreciate that you’ve found my website and are considering purchasing some of my artwork.
